The problem
Why SharePoint intranets lose their readers
SharePoint Online is a solid foundation. Its standard web parts were built for team sites. A company homepage that 2,000 people open every morning needs more.
Everyone gets the same news
A production worker in Poland sees the same feed as the sales team in Munich. After a few weeks, most people stop scrolling.
Branding ends at the color palette
SharePoint themes change a few colors. Matching your corporate design across headers, teasers and timelines usually takes custom code.
Important messages get buried
A system outage or a new policy becomes one more news post. There is no simple way to keep it on top for a week and remove it afterwards.
Custom development never ends
An agency builds SPFx web parts for you. When Microsoft changes SharePoint, the next invoice follows.
What 365BOX adds
Built for the pages your employees open every day
Personalization
News and links that fit each employee
Employees follow the locations, departments and topics that matter to them. Personal News filters your existing SharePoint news, so editors keep publishing the way they do today. With Shortcuts, everyone pins the tools they use daily next to the links you set for the whole company.
- Tags based on your own term set
- Works with your existing news pages
- Personal settings stay in your tenant

Unfortunately, Microsoft lacks web parts that bring life to the intranet. Without the customization of the 365BOX news web parts, our intranet concept with personalized homepages could not have been implemented at all.
